RETURN POLICY
In the event that you need
to return an item, please note our
return policy:
Please call 1-800-599-2099 for a Return
Authorization number
(returns will not be accepted unless
accompanied by this number) and be sure
to write your RA number on the shipping
label.
FOR NEW/UNUSED PRODUCT
All returns must be in their original
packaging and shipped back to Garden
Light.
Always include a copy of your invoice or
packing slip.
Claims for discrepancies in shipment
must be made within 7 days of receipt of
merchandise or they will not be
accepted.
Materials returned after 30 days from
date of shipment will not be accepted.
C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
Altered or etched items will not be
accepted.
All returned items are subject to a
restocking fee.
FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS
Garden Light Inc. warrants professionally sold and
installed fixtures and transformers free from material
defect.
The repair or replace warranty is extended to the original
purchaser and is further detailed in the product catalog.
